Processing Times

  • Order processing: Once an order is placed, it takes 1 to 3 business days to process.

  • Weekdays vs. weekend: During weekdays, orders typically process within 1 business day. Orders placed Friday evening or over the weekend/holidays may require additional time and will begin processing on the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing the order and a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery window: After processing, delivery typically takes 5 to 15 business days.

  • Timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier volumes, weather events, customs/security checks, peak seasons, or local delivery conditions.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: Every shipment is completely free of charge. As a token of appreciation to our customers, we always cover the shipping and delivery costs.

How to Place an Order

  1. Go to the product page and click “Add to Cart.”

  2. Verify you selected the correct variant(s) (size, color, style).

  3. Click “Proceed to Checkout.”

  4. Enter your shipping address accurately. Ensure name, street, Eircode/postcode, city, and phone/email are correct.

  5. Click “Continue to Shipping.”

  6. On the Shipping step, review your address details and the free shipping option.

  7. Click “Continue to Payment.”

  8. Choose your preferred payment method and complete the order in a secure, SSL-encrypted environment.

Payment Methods

At Heritage By Waterford, all payment options are SSL encrypted, ensuring a secure checkout. Available options include:

  • Credit/Debit Card: AMEX, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa

  • EPS

    (Availability of methods may depend on your location and checkout conditions.)

Tracking & Order Status

  • A shipping confirmation with tracking information (where available) will be emailed when your order is dispatched.

  • Tracking may take 24–72 hours to begin updating after you receive the tracking link.

  • If your tracking seems stalled for several days, please contact us at contact@heritagebywaterford.com with your order number.

Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Please ensure your address is complete and accurate at checkout.

  • If you need to change the address, email contact@heritagebywaterford.com as soon as possible. We can make changes only before the order is processed and shipped.

  • Orders with incomplete/incorrect addresses may experience delays or be returned to sender.

Split Shipments

  • To deliver faster, items in the same order may ship separately from different warehouses. You’ll receive separate tracking if applicable.

Delivery Attempts & Safe Place

  • Carriers may attempt delivery to your address; where applicable, they may leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbor.

  • If delivery is missed, please follow the carrier’s notice to arrange re-delivery or collection.

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are considered delivered. If you cannot locate your parcel, check with neighbors and your property first, then contact us within 7 calendar days of the delivery scan.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • We strive to minimize delays; however, if a parcel is shipped from outside your country, local customs processing may occur.

  • Any import duties, taxes, or handling fees (if assessed by your local authorities) are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Customs inspections may extend delivery times beyond the standard estimates.

Pre-Orders & Backorders (If Applicable)

  • If an item is on pre-order or backorder, the estimated dispatch date will be indicated on the product page or during checkout. The processing time begins from the date stock becomes available.

Holiday Periods & Force Majeure

  • During peak seasons (e.g., November–January) or due to unforeseen events (severe weather, carrier disruptions), processing and transit times may be longer than usual.

Order Cancellations

  • We can assist with cancellations only two hours after placing the order. Once an order is in transit, please refer to our Returns Policy.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • Damaged/Incorrect: Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.

  • Lost in Transit: If tracking shows no movement beyond a reasonable period, reach out so we can investigate with the carrier.

  • We’ll work with you in line with our Returns/Refund Policy to resolve issues swiftly.
